We size your Mitsubishi ducted system on floor area, room usage, insulation, glazing and which way the property faces, so the system heats and cools to its rated capacity rather than short cycling or running flat out. Zoning is designed at the same time, separating bedrooms from living areas or creating dedicated zones for a home office or guest wing. The FlexiZone solution supports individual on and off control of up to eight zones through the RC-EXZ3D controller, using either a four zone or eight zone relay module. Zoning is available on the FDU and FDUA indoor units, so we confirm compatibility before we quote.

We install the full Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ducted range to suit different roof spaces, ceiling cavities and property sizes. The FDUM medium static series covers 5.0kW and 5.6kW and suits smaller homes. The FDU slimline series runs from 7.1kW to 14.0kW and measures only 280mm in height, which helps where ceiling space is tight. The FDUA high static series covers 10.0kW to 23.5kW, with a splittable indoor unit on the 14kW and 16kW models for difficult access. The KX series uses Variable Refrigerant Flow technology across 9.0kW to 28.0kW for larger homes. Where a fully ducted system is not practical, the Akari bulkhead series sits in the ceiling bulkhead at just 200mm high, from 2.5kW to 5.6kW.

For control, you can choose the RC-EXZ3D wired controller with its 3.8 inch backlit touchscreen, a wireless controller, or Wi-Fi control through the AC Cloud Control app with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa support.
